When to Travel in Ladakh

Please be assured that you can travel in Ladakh round the year. However Ladakh by road may get close due to heavy snow fall en route. Srinagar to Leh highway open around end of April / first week of May and Manali to Leh highway open at the end of May / first week of June. In winters you can arrive Leh by flight only.

Therefore if you are planning to visit Leh by road you need to make the program accordingly.
